A few lines more about me and my work

I was born and raised in Mexico City, with Spanish and Mexican roots. I have developed both personally and professionally in Germany. Thanks to this, I have gained a multicultural perspective that allows me to conduct my sessions in German, Spanish, and English.
Academically, I have a background in International Relations and integral thinking, which enables me to approach personal matters from systemic and theoretical frameworks. These systemic models aim to explain the interaction and interconnection of multiple variables within a given system, as well as the effects of the dynamics generated between different actors.
Currently, I am training as a Systemic Consultant at the IF Weinheim Institute, where I am deepening my knowledge of systemic therapy and the application of systemic models to personal processes. Based on this, I support my clients in discovering patterns, relationships, and underlying dynamics that influence their decisions and shape their reality. The focus of my sessions is on working with my clients’ resources, fostering a personal process toward the goals they define and wish to achieve. At the same time, I am further developing my knowledge in conversational hypnosis and the attributes of trance.
On a personal level, I live with my family in Frankfurt am Main, from where I fully enjoy supporting my clients, whether in person at my consulting room or online. My primary interest is to create a connection and a safe space in which I can understand their worldview and accompany them in exploring their reality from different perspectives, ultimately reaching a new state of awareness.
If, in any way, what I offer resonates with what you are looking for to gain more selfknowledge, I would be delighted to accompany you.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
