I am drawn to what happens between us, and even more to what unfolds in that inner space where we encounter ourselves. Understanding how we construct our view of the world and how, through that perspective, we experience life has led me to choose this profession.

I have a deep curiosity about what it means to be human and about our capacity to learn, choose, integrate and evolve.

Over time, I have learned to let go of linear and polarized ways of thinking that once led me to navigate reality in terms of absolutes. I keep on learning. My personal process is an ongoing journey of inner work that has allowed me to live with greater congruence with myself and to take ownership of my choices.

I have had the privilege of growing up between languages and cultures. I was born and raised in Mexico City with Spanish heritage and German education. I come from a transgenerational legacy of migration, and I know well what it means to grow up and build a family while maintaining relationships across distance and, at the same time, continually redefining one's own identity.

I currently live in Frankfurt am Main with my family, surrounded by a network of relationships that makes me feel at home. I am conscious of our finitude and of how quickly time passes. That is why my purpose is to accompany others in making this brief journey through life an experience of their own. One that feels chosen and coherent with who they are and who they wish to become.
